Donald's primary responsibility is to maintain accurate and up-to-date information regarding ordered materials, ensuring a seamless flow of logistics throughout our organization.

Donald's attention to detail shines as he reviews vendor confirmations, acknowledgments, and invoices to verify their accuracy. He meticulously captures pertinent information from these documents and adds it to our database. This allows everyone within our organization to have direct access to the most current and accurate information related to ordered materials.

In addition to tracking and organizing information, Donald goes the extra mile by following up with vendors as needed. He proactively communicates with them to gather order status updates and potential ship dates, particularly for items with long lead times. By staying in close contact with vendors, Donald ensures that our team is well-informed and able to provide our customers with timely updates on their orders.

Outside of work, Donald finds joy and relaxation in spending quality time at home with his wife and their beloved dog. When the opportunity arises, he indulges in his passion for hunting, embracing the beauty of nature. Donald is also an accomplished writer and has self-published three books, reflecting his love for creative expression through words.

Furthermore, Donald is deeply involved in their church family, where he and his wife lead a GriefShare Ministry and serve as Deacons. His commitment to supporting others during difficult times and his active participation in the church community showcase his compassionate and caring nature.
